DCL Transfer to Port Miami

We try to book one night pre-cruise stay at EB hotel Miami and will use DCL transfers to the Miami port. Unfortunately, my cruise reservation was booked through Costco travel and I was told that all the Disney partnered hotel had been sold out. However, I can find many rooms available online at EB hotel, DCL said that they cannot add transfers to a reservation made by a TA. Any help or suggestion of calling the EB hotel or a 3rd party to reserve the DCL transfers?

You can get the DCL transfers. You have to call Costco and tell them you want the transfers, and they will call DCL to arrange them. Because your reservation is managed by Costco, you have to go through them, not call DCL directly.

The port of Miami is very close by a lot of downtown hotels. We just boarded the Dream and it was only a 10 minute Uber ride for $10.. I was literally able to get an Uber in 2 minutes. Just another option.

Thanks everyone. Just called Costco to reserve disney transfers. It makes us hassle-free to look for a PAT time.
