Has anyone received a response lately from an email you sent to Special Services? I emailed a week ago yesterday and after receiving the initial response that they had received my email, I have not received anything else addressing my situation. Just wondering what the usual response time is. We sail in a little over a week.
 
I have never gotten anything back from them. But they always seem to get my wife's food allergy but miss my Distilled water for my CPAP.

If your reason for contacting wasn't actually a question requiring a response, it could be they let the auto-reply serve as confirmation that the email was received. I agree it would be nice if they responded confirming they noted your reservation with the info or whatever you emailed about.
 
I emailed two weeks ago, about a month out from our cruise, and got a response the next day, from an actual person - but was just full of generic information that didn't actually answer or directly address my specific questions. So an email response may not be helpful in any event. If you can get someone on the phone you may have more luck (though we've done that too in the past, and gotten incorrect info/contradictory info/info that didn't get passed on on board, so it seems hit or miss).
