DCL Site - Special Requests not working

Hi, I booked my trip last week and got it setup Thursday night on the website and setup the app on my phone. I've been trying since then to modify my special requests but have received an error since I setup my account.

1. Is this an error everyone is receiving? Trying to determine if its a local or global issue.
2. If it is global, about how long has it been broken? If I call DCL will they set them up over the phone?

It’s not you. It happens to most of us. Site maintenance. It‘s really annoying if you stay up to do midnight check-in. The solution is come back later.

Or try the website instead of the app. But possibly the same response - but then you know it’s them, not you.
 
Thank you, just checking. I don’t want to sit on the phone with Disney for an hour asking!
 

How to make special requests on app? Help needed Thank you

For me, its on the first page after loading my reservation in the "NEXT STEPS" section. I have the "My Online Check-In" section and then "Special Requests" below that. However, I booked my cruise last Wednesday and it hasn't worked for me yet, neither in the app nor the website. I need to add dietary restriction and a dining room table for two.
 
Nice!!! I ended up calling their customer service and they were able to do it over the phone as well. I like getting all these little details set in place so I don't have to worry about it later.
