We are leaving from Hyatt in a few days with DCL transfers. In some of the recent videos some people have been on non-DCL shuttles. I'm really hoping to get an actual DCL shuttle. It's just part of the fun for us. Any idea how often it's a DCL shuttle vs. non? Thanks!
Do you mean the decorative wrap on the bus? Or another (non-DCL) shuttle service like GoPort? DCL actually contracts with Mears so sometimes it is a “regular” bus depending on how many are needed vs available.

We stay at the Hyatt but actually leave from the airport(downstairs) on DCL transfers, we prefer to keep our luggage and put it on the truck when we check in. We have always had a DCL wrapped bus, not sure if that’s just luck or not.
No longer Mears, that contract ended in July, apparently Mears was having trouble getting drivers. Academy is now the provider and they are using the DCL wrap on some of their buses. As you said, it could still be a generic bus depending on demand.
Thanks, I forgot they changed to Academy. But basically the same meaning... DCL doesn't actually own their fleet and a "regular" non-decorated bus is possible.
I had a bit of a chuckle in November when we took Mears from MCO to our WDW resort because although the outside of the bus was normal, the seats clearly identified it as previously a DCL bus (had the little anchors and ship's wheels on them). I have absolutely no recollection as to what the bus looked like the last time we took the shuttle from the MCO Hyatt in September.
