DCL Reservation is starting a new program

Have you called DCL, a talked to a GREAT person, then the next time you get someone who is not Disney quality...Well Dcl is starting a new pro gramed called; "DCL Vacation Service Specialist". Once you book a cruise through DCL, you are assigned a "DCL Vacation Service Specialist". If you have any questions, want to make a payment, add insurance, transportation, ect...you now have a person you can call, the same one every time, they have there own phone number, and e-mail....This is pretty awesome....

Hope this makes every happy as it does for us...

I really like this, I have had some great CMs, some ok (got the job done) and the last one, almost lost three of my reservations in one swoop, took 25 mins on hold while she had a supervisor fix the problem.

I just changed my dates yesterday and they didn't assign me anyone. I think it's a great change for them.

This is not a new program. When I booked our honeymoon last year I was assigned a rep by DCL. She was very nice and got us a sideways room plus a room on the Cruise to Neverland before it sold out, but if you use them they do not book online and get you the $25 OBC.

We have since discovered Small World Vacations and are quite happy with their service and OBC.
