Dcl Receipes?

Does anyone have the recipees for the pana cotta(sp?) and the choclate souflee that is served at Palo? We are currently going through withdrawls and would like to make these desserts at home!

I've made the souffle. It turned out delicious!!!! But something is missing........oh yeah, being on the Wonder. Yeah, that's it !!!

I bought my Cooking with Mickey cookbook years back at the Contemporary. It's spiral bound and in a slipcase.

They don't have a recipe for panna cotta, but I did find several on the FoodTV site: http://web.foodnetwork.com/food/web...tring=panna+cotta&site=FOOD&searchType=Recipe

Don't know which one is closest to Palo's version... I guess I'll just have to wait until November to find that out!

Not sure but I think there might be a recipe
in the new issue of the Disney Magazine. There
were alot of recipes in this new issue.

You can get the Cooking with Mickey Cookbook at several places around WDW. If you don't live nearby, you can call WDW and purchase it over the phone. I have made the souffle and it does take a bit of time. That is why chocolate souffle is ALL we had for dinner the night I made it. The grandkids loved dinner that night. It was very good. If you follow the directions, it will be very close to the "real thing."

MrsMork is right. I had a friend who went on a cruise and pick one up for me on the ship, but I know I saw them in the parks and in downtown disney.
