Would I be allowed to bring freeze dried rose petals on the ship? They are a lot cheaper than getting them through disney. I just don't know what the travel laws are and if customs would let me through with them.

Also, I have found biodegradable confetti that is water soluable. Would they let me bring this onboard?

My guess is that if you packed it in your suitcase they would never find it. As to whether you are allowed to or not - I would call and ask. I don't think they can have any restrictions about confetti especially since it sound eco-friendly. I know you can only have flowers brought onboard from approved florists. I really am not sure if the freeze-dried makes a difference or not.

I am just curious? What do freeze dried petals look like? Do they look like normal petals?

My concern with freeze dried petals for you is that they crack. But I don't think anyone will know if you get them on the ship in your suitcase. It's the USING it that I would be concerned about.

You could always bring it with you then see what they say on the ship. Water soluble confetti sounds cool! The only thing about using that is that it would have to be dissolved in water from them to disappear and if they are sitting in the sand DCL may not be happy w/that on their private island. Ask - I'd be curious to know the answer!

That's what I want to know too! I don't care if the rose petals crack. But the freeze dried ones are only $13 for 5 cups, and they look just like the real thing.

I was just going to use the fake ones in the box for like $5.99! DD's just going to throw them on the aisle runner for me to walk on. they don't need to be fancy!

I thought we couldn't use the fake ones. Do you know for sure? I have tons of fake ones already in the studio that I can bring with me, and then I don't have to spend any money.

I don't know. i was planning on the fake ones for hte island.. i don't know about actually using them ON the ship.
