DCL Points/Cash

We're thinking of taking our 3 year old on a 3-day cruise in June. We've gone many times in the past, but this would be our first with him. Interested in any experience using a combo of points for two adults, and paying cash for him. Does anyone know roughly what the cash payment would be for a child on a 3-day voyage. Thanks!

The cash prices are in a contract negotiated each year between DVC and DCL. They will vary according to the season and cabin booked. The prices are usually somewhere in between the most expensive and the cheapest. It can be advantageous to book a person or two on the cash price when combining with points to stretch one's vacation dollars.
