It sure looked like it. They have roped off the area on the shore next to the Flying Dutchman where you use to walk down to take photos with Captain Jack. The sandbar now almost extends all the way to the shore line.

I knew I wasn't crazy! When I was looking at this picture on my PC before I posted it, I noticed it and tried to point it out to my wife and kids. I'm glad some one has 'Disney vision'

This is the opening to Blue Lagoon Island where we did the dolphin encounter.

This is a beautiful shot of the lighthouse, and is definitely framable (is that a word?) material. I could see that on a wall in the great room!
