So, I'm all the way through the phone tree. Disney hold music was playing. The announcement came on "thank you for continuing to wait, one of our agents will be with you shortly" and it's skipping and just saying that over and over again. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm wondering if I'll actually get through. (I've already booked my room, but am calling to move all of my credits etc from the 2021 TA that I'm afraid won't happen to this cruise).
