DCL phone system skipping? Is this happening to everyone?

So, I'm all the way through the phone tree. Disney hold music was playing. The announcement came on "thank you for continuing to wait, one of our agents will be with you shortly" and it's skipping and just saying that over and over again. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm wondering if I'll actually get through. (I've already booked my room, but am calling to move all of my credits etc from the 2021 TA that I'm afraid won't happen to this cruise).
 
Haven't had it skip but I've had moments of silence like someone picked up and didn't say anything, then the music or prompts come back on. Have had that happen several times, and on occasion several times during the same call, while trying to talk to Disney in general about a persistent issue.
 
I've never had this happen before. All I have is a loop of "thank you for continuing to wait, one of our agents will be with you shortly. thank you for continuing to wait...." GAH, it's driving me nuts! I'm ok with dealing with it but I'm afraid my phone call won't actually go through. So far I'be been on hold with this for 45 mins.
 
2 hours now. No disney music. Just "thank you for continuing to wait". If I'm not actually in a queue I will lose my mind.
 

How long has everyone been waiting? I am on hold for 1,5 hour now... I can’t modify my existing booking online apparently.
 
I've been on hold for 2 hours and 13 minutes. I booked online but never got my reservation confirmation the cruise isn't showing up in my reservations. I hear music and the "thank you for continuing to wait" message every few minutes.

Yes, my experience as well. I had two phones going and they were both stuck in that loop! Hang on though, I was able to get through.
 
After being on hold for literally three hours on the dot I was able to get my reservation confirmed. Took two minutes and hopefully everyone else gets through soon. Good luck!
 
My TA has been on hold most of the morning too. There’s been some glitches booking today. hope They get things worked out before gold/silver which are usually busier.
 
When are they going to upgrade their systems so you can make all changes without calling a live person? Way past time to allow changes via the website.

Yes i got stuck on the loop of the announcer. Super annoying. I hung up and called back a few hours later. I got an agent right away.

2nd tues of next week. Though I would add in that they need to have the ability to have someone call you back in your place in line without having to sit on hold for 3 hours. Like a lot of smaller business's seem to be able to.do.
