DCL Phone number?

I'm getting more discouraged with DCL. I already posted how I booked thru a TA and now can't get the FLR discount because I'm within 75 days. I've adjusted my mindset on that, and have been focused on just being thankful I can go. In fact, I was so thankful, I decided to book another cruise on May 2011 on the Dream.

I spent 2 hours this morning watching rooms disappear as I tried to book the date/room I wanted. I settled for my 3rd choice of date and took the only interior room they had left (an unwanted adjoining room in the front of the ship).

Now I just went back onto DCL site and all the original dates and rooms are back! ARGH! I went looking thru my email confirmation and the terms/conditions for the phone number to see if I can get it changed, but I cannot find a phone number anywhere.

Does any have a phone number they could pass on to me? I would be FOREVER in your debt. :worship: I'm guessing they're not staffed 24/7 too, so now I will have to wait until Tuesday? I think I'm going to cry. :sad1:

Thanks!

DCL site says 800-951-3532. If you are a castaway club member there is a dedicated line for that and that is listed once you log in to your castaway club account. Why use a TA when they have such a neat Customer Service toll free plus $25 stateroom credit if you book online? Bet they can sort it out for you. :wizard:
Regards

OP. I don't know if you will be able to get a hold of anyone today or tomorrow. However, you could put a hold on the cruise/date you wanted without putting down any more money. Simply log into your DCL.com account, select the desired cruise date, category stateroom, etc., then save it. You can have up to 3 "Saved Offers" in your account. I hope you can make all the changes you want after you talk with someone. :wizard:

Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for helping me with the phone number!!! I was so much in a twist that I didn't even think to go back out to the main "reservation" page and look. I just kept searching through my "confirmation" information. :sad2:

I just called AND got to talk to a DCL employee AND she made the change for me with NO problem! I got the date I wanted (disembark on Mother's Day!) and the room I wanted!

I am so thankful for ya'll and for all the help you give to whacko's like me! :cool1:

Ooohhh, see, THAT was a great idea too! I really need to take a few breaths when stuff like this happens and think, think, think.

Thanks for your help!!

I have found that the DCL Site is pretty quirky at first and some key info is well hidden. :surfweb:I have always found that the CMs are able to get me what I need if I call. They are the greatest! Have a great cruise. :cool1: Gotta love Melbourne. Just a short drive to the Port.

When you board this year, be sure to stop at the on board booking desk and see if you can re-shop your reservation for the Dream. You can get 10% off and $100 on board credit. And, if you name a travel agent, you can get their on board credit as well. It usually covers your tipping costs (the on board credit).

FYI - this is also probably why you saw rooms disappearing and then popping up later again. People "hold" rooms and once making their decision (within a set amount of time) they release the other holds back to the public. That's why I never panic when a cruise doesn't always have available room. Addiitonally, you find rooms becoming available as people change their minds and either cancel or move. You never know.
