DCL mickey head - itinerary

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make this design. It's the map that DCL has of the itinerary in a mickey head. Milliepie used to do them but isn't any longer. I have spent hours trying to figure it out but I just can't do it.

This is what I mean. Disney Dream in one ear and March 10-14, 2013 in the other ear or in the head at the bottom.

If someone could do this I would forever be in their debt.

I couldn't find any itinerary map large enough to fit in the Mickey head. So this is the best I could come out with. Hope this works for you.

Milliepie has blank ones in her photobucket in her Disney Cruise - DCL Mickey Heads folder. She is still on the Disney Cruise Line Forum - Cruise magnets and graphics thread.
