I am rather disappointed the new D&B handbags can only be purchased onboard the ships. If I got a survery, I would mention that.

Yes, I knew what "ping" (although I did not know what the letters stood for) meant in checking computer connectivity.

Didn't understand it in the context of a survey.

it was VERY lengthy. it asked about my cruise history and what i bought, where i bought it, what point in the trip i bought it. Did i buy duty free. Did i buy on CC or at port or on ship? What would i like to see more of? did i think the tables with clearnace stuff was tacky or good? would i appreciate having a catalog to order from post trip? was the staff nice? would i want longer store hours or special 'sale' hours early in the am? what sort of deals would i like- buy one get one free- buy perfume get free lotion etc. It was pretty long and specific. They asked about high end merchandise too- would i buy limited edition watches, disney watches, brand name watches, lacoste shirts, high end jewelry, D&B purses etc.

Also asked about the art auctions, meeting the artists etc.

Definitely interesting, at least they are asking.................i made sure they knew we want merchandise specific to the venues and limited to those venues, whether it is DL, WDW, DCL or specific parks or areas in the parks.
