Wow, I'm so excited to find this thread! I just booked this cruise for me, DH & DS who will be 6 at that time. Of course, DH does not KNOW he's cruising Alaska next year...I'm hoping to surprise him with a PAID-OFF cruise by December! THis will be our FIRST cruise and first time in Alaska!

Im Dan my DW is Nancy we are both retired and having fun.
This will be our 6th Disney Cruise. We will be doing our 5th this upcoming Oct .We are doing the Western Carribean.
This is a fun bunch Along with us there will be at least two other couples that have cruised with us . Joanne and Roger(Joannel), and Leisha and Tom Gosling. Jump in any time.

So.... this cruise seemed way to far away so my friends manipulated me into booking another cruise in October. Ok....manipulated is kind of a strong word. It was more like... them: "do you want to go on a cruise?" me: "I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't.... OK, when do we leave.?"

If you see my signature, we are doing TWO cruises before Alaska. The big one is the 2nd Baltic cruise this June, and we're so caught up in thinking about what to do where and when on that that we're ignoring our other, shorter vacations planned for before then. And then we're spending 4 nights on the Dream next February, which of course will be very exciting. But after that, we will be 100% focused on Alaska!!

I am so excited! We are going to book this next week. DH and I have been trying to coordinate a group cruise with a few friends but decided we are going to go on Disney. They were sticker shocked and a Tuesday departure does not work for them. So, they are planning on going on another line. Erik and I decided we are going to go with our original plan-Book DCL. I am sad that they won't be joining use.

I will get back with more info once we book.

As joanne did with us last year as Nancy calls it Coercion in The Tropics.
But we didn't get coercied for the upcoming OCT cruise.
We are glad your coming along Jule and also Alaska.

Welcome to my home! Well sort of - it's 1.5 hour ferry ride away. My sister and her family were at the ceremonies last night. It was pretty awesome. Enjoy - it's a beautiful city. Any questions about things you see - I'll try and answer.

It's official, I'm coming too and I don't have to sneak aboard in anyone's suitcase. My parents and I were originally booked for the 30th, but after some consideration, finding cruisers we sailed with in the past and getting a better deal for the 23rd, we jumped ship and have decided to cruise with all of you!

Will post more in a while once I catch up and finish unpacking from my 4-nights on the Wonder last week.
