We were on that cruise!!! We were at our 1st sail away party and missed leaving the port. Thanks for sharing!

Heres another one. My fiance( then gf but not for long) and her parents and our kids were in Rustys having dinner when the Magic left.I think I have a better shot, but Ill have to find it on my hard drive.

What a fun idea:

Here's a picture taken by a fellow DISer (pppiglet) and I noticed our family in the middle of the picture so I asked her for a high res copy.

This was taken on 8/17/2008 as the Magic was leaving the Port of LA heading back to Port Canaveral. I know there were just a couple of extra DISers on-board. Anyone else see themselves in front of the ship on that day!

Hey! We were on this cruise. Our family is just a few yards away! I once saw a photo of the sail away with our family in it. I made a print from the web page. Any chance pppiglet could repost some of those shots of the Magic leaving LA?
