I just changed our stateroom. We are due a refund. How will DCL issue the refund to us. Will it be credit back to our card or on board credit ? Anyone ever done this before ? Our cruise leaves on Aug. 22.

As noted, any refunds are typically "paid back" to the most recent payment. If you paid with multiple payments (credit card, then gift cards, then credit card again) the credit card will be credited back until whatever that last payment amount was (if the refund is greater than the last credit card payment). Then the gift cards, in reverse order of how they were applied. Then, if there's still some refund due, the credit card again.

We downgraded to a lower deck, same cabin cat, just a few decks lower. Took about 10% off the price. We saw a block of rooms open up last night. Tried to switch that night but the website went into maintenance mode. In the morning I logged on and saw the same block of rooms available so i jumped on it.
