I posted on the cruise board, but am posting here hoping someone can help me. I need the mailing address and names of all the executives at DCL.

I need to mail off a letter, that at this point, is also going to the NY times, and Orlando Sentinal travel editors, along with Frommers and Shame on You on my local news.

This is a copy of my previous post
Bumping. Anyone I really need to know where to mail a letter off too. DCL really dropped a ball. They (yes they) changed our excursions on the MED Cruise without our knowledge or permission, and the ones I really wanted to get on, they are now telling me there is no room and I cannot do it. This is the trip from hell as far as I am concerned. I have all my confirmations from when I was up at 3am on the 90 mark as a cc member. So I was on the excursions. There was a cabin/name change for the 2nd person in my cabin. Somehow, they (DCL) changed over 1/2 of our (4 of us) excursions. I was on the phone with them an hour and half yesterday. Almost everything else has been fixed, except for one of my excursions. I am just soo glad I logged into the DCL website yesterday, to figure out my excursion costs as I will be paying cash for them, and want to bring enough.

On top of it, the supervisor I was speaking to was beyone condscending. I think if she had said "I understand your frustration" one more time, I would have flown to Florida to track her down. She also said "We will do whatever we need to to make this a magical cruise for you"......I took her to task over that one. Talk about a blatant lie. She has no idea what my frustratiosn are, she has no idea what I sacrificed and will be sacrificing to take this cruise.

I am so sick over this, if I am a camel, they broke my back.

No, a lot of overreaction. Ok, some shore excurions got messed up. Big deal. Frustrating, ok. Disappointing, I'll give you that. But you're still going on a Disney cruise to the Mediterranean for goodness sakes. I think you can still have an absolutely wonderful time without acting like your world is ending -- "oh, the inhumanity!" I get so tired of dramatic overreactions to matters of mere inconvenience when my brother sleeps most nights in his Humvee somewhere outside Baghdad. Try putting the events in your life in proper perspective. And have a nice cruise. P.S. He just sent one of his friends home last week -- killed up by an IED. That soldier was only 20 years old.

No, a lot of overreaction.

OK, there are lots of better ways you can talk to the points the OP makes, these include:

1. Honor her by posting under your "real" screen name. The mods on this board have a wide tolerance for adult conversation, but we won't abide "drive by" remarks from anonymous sources,

2. Use better logic, yours is specious. Our hearts and minds are grand enough to sympathize with both situations, that of your brother and the OP.

3. Find a better "tone," the one you're using is less than honorable.

So, view all of this as a friendly warning.

You should contanct Guest Communications. They will forward the letter to all of the appropriate channels.

Afraid you don't have much recourse as DCL's cruise contract, which you signed and agreed to by booking, clearly states that the cruiseline can change itinerairies, excursions, etc. at any given time.

I am sure some of the excursions will be bookable once on board as they always keep a few spots open. Don't let this little bump get in your way...Enjoy your cruise! :goodvibes

Mods, may I ask (as the OP) that this thread be closed as the information I asked for has been obtained.
