Really? Because although I was on the phone with DCL every few hours, including on my drive down to the port, I was still given different information every time I called, and, in the end, the incorrect information. Not to mention that living without electricity, phone service, or cell service in certain areas makes it even more difficult.

I understand that this is a thread about pricing, but I also suggest that until you've lived through 4 major hurricanes and then drove 5 hours away in a rental car, only to arrive at a port and find out that they gave you the wrong information and now you'd have to wait another 4 hours in a crowded room without food, that you should rethink how the general information you were able to access from 4000 miles away might be different than the specific information that us "risky hurricane cruisers" needed.
