Just got our DCL vacation planning DVD. My goodness, it's incredible! Floor plans for all the decks, and a bit of video and 360 degree views of just about every nook and cranny on the ship! State rooms, kids club and lab, flounders, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, pools, the spa -- you name it, they show it to you in detail. Same thing with Castaway Cay. My family and I spent 2 hours yesterday evening just going through everything. It also has a wonderful history on the making of the Magic and a fun little cruise faq using fish like a video game. If they sold this on the ship or in the Disney stores, I would have been happy to have paid for it.

The 15 minute video advertisement for the cruise is still there -- but the DVD has so much more!!

When I ordered mine back in February all I got is the video. I just went back to the website and requested the DVD so we will see if I get it. I hope so, it sounds really informative.

I got mine yesterday after weeks of waiting for it to arrive in the UK I was late for work yesterday as i was too busy watching it LOL it's fantastic

How did you get it Traycie, as we can't order it from the UK. A friend of ours who lives in the US ordered it a couple of weeks ago. He's got it, but he doesn't visit the UK till June, so we'll just have to wait - but I'm soooo excited, I can't wait to see it.

Hi MandyMouse, i ordered it direct through the cruiseline, contacted them by phone and e mail and they sent one out with a lovely thick brochure, it did take some time so you may be better waiting for your friends to visit, it does look great , am trying to not let tonights negative threads get me down, when are you cruising ?

I don't think any negative threads will dampen my excitement. We're off on our 3rd Disney Wonder cruise on 12th May 2005. Its been booked a few months now, but at long last its less than a year to go. Have you booked a cruise? I must admit a lot of the fun is in the planning.
