Fresh off the Disney Wonder and Alaska. They had two pitches (one for prospect members, which included a Hei Hei and one for current). I went to the current member pitch to see what they were saying. They were pushing cabins the most as “longest deeds with 1BRs at a studio value. Purchasing the cabins would give you the most value.” They certainly did talk about PIT Ana’s others but surprising the push was around the cabins. No mention of Lakeshore yet. Small push abound Member Beyond. As a Disboarder, I felt like I know more than most. Ha ha ha. Free swag is always nice and worth the time.

First time I hear about them pitching the cabins! I wonder if its cuz LSL is getting closer 🤔

Thanks for the heads up! Getting ready for a trip on Wonder ourselves, and good to know what the current pitch is. Not surprised they're pushing the cabins - I'm thinking those will be harder to sell than LL.

With my 2 young boys (4 and 6), I could see the cabins being fun for something different, but only in the "cooler" season. I just cannot imagine staying there in the heat of summer. And the resort to pick for your direct points? Unless you just really love them, I cannot see it. Of course, if they roll CFW in with LSL, there will likely be a lot of people wishing they had bought CFW at today's prices.

The discounts Disney is giving their deluxe resorts this Summer seem to suggest they've overbuilt for current demand. Makes buying direct right now a difficult proposition in terms of payoff, especially the cabins.

We definitely saw a video about the cabins on some sailing last year after they launched— I remember my kids being charmed by CFW— but I don’t remember any pitch beyond “they’re are newest resort and magical for families.”
They included a brochure and I have a picture in the stuff they gave me when we did our tour. It was actually where they took us to look first, but poly was pushed more heavily after

Since a Cabin is by definition: a small shelter or house, made of wood and situated in a wild or remote area.

I would say they are appropriately described.

No one likes a pseudo snob
🤣🤣🤣 Sorry but they look like trailers and not cabins. That's the truth. Whether or not it actually is or isn't a trailer im not arguing. That's what they look like. You must own there and have gotten offended, I didnt mean to hurt your feelings.

Are they made of wood though? They have wood accents, but they are not a traditional cabin by any stretch. Fairly sure that most of the outside is hardy board, if not it certainly looks like it.
