DCL debarkation luggage tags

Just curious... and it's completely random, But ... I've been on six different cruises and can't seem to figure out their "system". Does anyone have a "guide" to what color / character tag corresponds to what deck level when it's time to disembark??

I'm assuming that each tag is representative of a certain deck level or maybe even by certain stateroom criteria, i.e. Starboard vs Port on same deck level even? Do they have different characters based on the ship you are sailing on??
I'm clueless and just very curious is all. We've received many different characters just never Donald or Mickey which would be nice to have to complete the "set" as we continue to sail with Disney. If I knew what floor, I could try to book that room/deck some time in the future.
If no one has a "guide" would some of you care to post what character tag you received and where you stayed when you got it ?

A few examples of ours:
Gray/Daisy - 7194 - deck 7
Purple/Minnie - 6010 - deck 6
Etc.

No, the luggage tag is more tied to when that bag needs to be off the ship (early or late), not just what deck it's on.

Different ships may issue the tags in a different order (priority).

In answer to the question:
Magic deck 2 portside aft - Orange Goofy
Magic deck 2 portside midship - Red Mickey
Wonder deck 2 starboard forward - Purple Minnie
Wonder deck 2 portside midship - Orange Goofy
Wonder deck 2 portside midship - Green Tinkerbelle
Dream deck 8 starboard inside - Green Tinkerbelle
Fantasy deck 10 starboard aft - Green Tinkerbelle
Fantasy deck 9 portside midship - Red Mickey
Wonder deck 2 portside midship - Orange Goofy

FYI I had:
Orange/Goofy - 2nd Floor on Wonder
Red/Mickey - 6th Floor on Magic

Both times we had second seating for dining rotation (which translates to a later breakfast time).

Thanks for the input. We've ended up with 5 different tags so far and our trip details have remained very consant, with the exception of deck/room each sailing. (always have 2nd seating, thus the later breakfast time morning of debarkation and we always drive so no early flights to consider)
Wonder what criteria DCL uses to determine its baggage priority?
That's why this remains such a conundrum for me.... albeit a silly one.

That's why this remains such a conundrum for me.... albeit a silly one.

The priorities go with those who have flights and what time those flights are. Anyone not flying will be used to fill in any available spots at the earlier times, and most will get tags for later departure.

Thanks for the examples! Very interesting. Might be onto something with the different ships then cuz my deck 6 on the Wonder was that Minnie tag and you had Mickey on deck 6 on the Magic!!

We've always been on deck 2 and we've had Mickey, daisy, Tinkerbell, and goofy all were late dining except for Tinkebell

Hmmm, very very interesting. Thanks for commenting. Seems like this "pattern" will be impossible for the civilian to decipher. I need an insider! LOL.

The night before debarkation they have all the character tags out in buckets by guest services for people who need extras. You could complete your set that way. I usually take a few for my scrapbook. What I can't get over is that people actually sell these on eBay.
