DCL concierge vs. other lines

Has anyone sailed concierge on DCL, then on another ship and been disappointed? Or has anyone found some others to have some better services?
We are just off the Fantasy a couple of weeks in the Roy Disney suite. The concierge staff was just fabulous, but so was shoreside.
We are doing a Mediterranean the end of September on NCL in the Haven. So far they are just not helpful when I call, I don't know if that's normal for them.
Wondered about other people's experiences.

In the Med RCI concierge was far far better than DCL

Meet the officers and captain.
Reserved seating in the shows.
Breakfast in the premium restaurants, so it was above the buffet, you could eat there guaranteed table.
Order wine for dinner in advance.
As well as.
A better concierge lounge.
And all DCL perks.
Better concierge sun deck near the pools. - you can see the pool!
