Some of you may have followed my saga over the past 5 months, but I tried not to post too much about it because it was really upsetting me. If you dont know the situation, in short we were on the Oct 8th 2005 cancelled cruise. We tried numerous times to contact DLC to take care of the situation and we were told to wait to be contacted.
After 5 months of waiting and not being happy about it, Im thrilled with what they offered. I never expected to be offered anything, but they really came through with a great deal on another cruise we had booked.
I know Disney is known for giving great customer service but for the past 5 months I thought customer service at DCL stunk. I still dont think things were handled correctly, but in the end they came through for us in a way I never expected, so I guess it was worth it.
So, I just wanted to say thanks DCL for bringing back the Magic to me.
