Going back and looking thru your linkedin page, Ive found several fill in Capts, and several potential fill ins that probably will be in the very near future including at least 2 women.

Who would you say were potential step up capt's? Great to hear there could be the first female dcl capt!
(but wait... would that mean minnie also gets to wear a capt's uniform as well as mickey?!? )

No, the one that you used the link for above. Theres several different names from DCL that pop up when you open different peoples pages. I forget off hand but I counted 2 or 3 names that are listed as Staff Capt,or 1st Officer and have Master Mariner under their descriptions. Theres at least 1 female staff officer and 1 first officer that look like they aren't too far off a Masters Lic, if they haven't already.

Master Mariners: Zvonimir Vidak,Andrew McRonald,
Potential: Daniele Aschero Fabrizio Massari Erica Aquilar,Rikardo Denoble,Chandon Chakravarti, Juan Marinas,Barbara Charlton,Christian Donates, all seem to be close to the Master Mariners lic. prob not long before any or all will have the experience and required lic.
