You can go online and change your room to one that is open and more to your liking. We did that in April when they changed our room to one less desirable. After you sign on, go to "Already Booked" tab, then at the bottom left you'll see 'change reservation' (or something close to that). It will take you to the room map to see what rooms are open......change to your favorite. No call needed.
If the queue exceeds I think 4 hrs it will stop admitting new people to it.
The main issue right now is SO many calls require back office help that it’s a queue within a queue and instead of a call taking 10-30 min it’s taking 45-90 min at least
