What is the route when they pickup from the GF? Curious how many stops to expect before heading to port.

It varies from cruise to cruise. Depending on how many people need transportation from which resorts. They schedule the stops based on filling the buses as close to capacity with the fewest stops possible. Generally the pick up window is 10:45-1:30ish. Each bus MIGHT make up to 3 stops. Or only one, if enough people at that one resort fill it up.

I know it has picked up at 10:45 the last couple weeks so thinking may be the same for our sailing this month. I don't want to gamble with many stops though, so I am booking with FL Tours to pick us up in a van.

When we were picked up at the Grand Floridian they also stopped at the Poly and one other hotel (probably the Contempo but the memory on that is hazy.) There were so many people on the third stop that DCL had to send an additional bus. Which begs the question -- why didn't they just send a separate bus to the Contempo to begin with, and have the bus for the GF and Poly just make two stops?

Good question. I'm wondering if more people showed up the last night at the Contemporary than had originally been planned for. Or people who cancelled their private transportation, then booking the DCL transfers.
