This is good. And one of the nice things about Disney. As anyone who's ridden one of the bikes or climbed the observation tower a HUGE part of CCay is wild and very habitable for wildlife.

Is the big section in the North/East is mangrove/tidal land that's relatively new?

The notes from the presentation say early 2024 which I think is in line with the second ship in the Triton class
