Hi there,

I have two Disney Cruise's and I am a Castaway Club Silver Member. This will be my first time on the Disney Dream and the first time I can pre-arrange "activities".

Going through some Personal Navigators from similar sailings I noticed some of the character greetings require a ticket. I also know Platinum members can book 30 days before me. And Gold members 15 days later.

When it opens up for Silver, is stuff "Sold out" or unavailable? Or will I have a chance to experience almost anything?

Some stuff will be sold out. Some won't. Hard to say.

Chances are, you won't be able to get a cabana on Castaway Cay, since Concierge gets first crack at them, and platinum cruisers reserve what's left. Some people cancel -- you just have to be searching the site at the right time.

That said, the Dream has shorter cruises and is often chosen by newbies who want to discover what cruising is all about. You'll have 15 days to make your reservations before any of the newbies (other than concierge) have the opportunity, so hopefully you won't have any probems getting what you want.

I have not read any reports of ticketed meet & greets being "sold out" when Silver CC does online check-in. Cabanas, definitely; A highly popular excursion on a cruise with a lot of CC members, sometimes those are gone; but most things still have availability at that point. I think you'll be fine to get your meet & greet tickets for Frozen and/or the Princesses.

Enjoy your cruise!

Is the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique something that needs to be signed up? And are those usually filled by the time it opens to me?

You shouldn't have any issues with BBB. Palo might be full on a specific day but you will have options and you can probably get any day once on board.

If you have a large group, you might find some excursions can't hold your whole group. Use trial and error to find out how many slots are left and book all of those. Over the next several days/weeks, keep checking back for availability of this excursion. Chances are additional slots will open up, a few at a time. Take those that open up, and in no time, your whole group will be booked. In a worse case scenario, if you still can't get enough slots you can either go as a partial group, or cancel it without penalty (up to three days before sailing). But in my experience, you will be able to get it eventually.

We sailed on our first Disney cruise last April and we were in the same boat as you. We got everything we wanted. I was even able to get a Palo Brunch on the sea day. We did not do any of the character meet and greet(my daughter was not interested) or the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
