DCA Vacant Show Buildings?

Does anyone have any insight on what is going on within the show building that used to house Who Wants to be a Millionaire? After spending over a billion $$ on creating/revamping a new land, I don't know why Disney would leave a show building vacant. I'm just spitballing an idea here, but why not import the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor from Florida? It would create a mini-Monster's Inc Land along with Mike and Sulley to the Rescue. It makes about the same thematic sense to me as the Laugh Floor in the Magic Kingdom Tomorrowland. Another idea is that Laugh Floor could replace Captain EO in the Magic Eye Theater.

That building is used for occasional special events, of the private event nature.

Why would they put laugh floor next to the other Monster Inc attraction? Why make a mini land to ruin the themeing of the land they sit in?

There have been lots of rumors of what will go in there since Millionaire closed down. With the large added capacity of the current rehabs and expansion, I don't think they need to tack on one more attraction and spread the focus of the construction.

IMO it won't be touched until they decide how the rest of the park is going.
