DCA touring plan

We're headed to DLR the first weekend of Oct and only have 2.5 days in the parks. We're staying at DLH so will use EMH at DCA on Sunday morning. I know about the morning RSR and TSMM rush, but I'm wondering out other attractions. Are there certain rides that always have short waits in the afternoon?

We will not be doing ToT and Screaming since those are a little too scary for my taste.

DCA doesn't get as crowded as disneyland. I would say hit RSR and Toy story. If it's hot grizzly river rapid can have a long line, maybe grab a fast pass for that and/or Soarin. The only other fast pass is goofys sky school so maybe grab one of those. If you do it right you should be able to hit all the major attractions at DCA before it gets too crowded if you are there for EMH.
