DCA Soarin opens early??

Hi, I read in a STICKY thread that Soarin opens 1/2 hour before DCA opens. Then I noticed the date from the post was 1/08. Is THIS still true?? I have been trying to read everything I can on DL and DCA,but this was the first time I saw this mentioned. THANKS, Joan

And you can get WOC FPs starting at 9:30AM too - at 9AM if you are DLR hotel guest.

I've read recent reports (Aug. 1) that the Soarin' FP machines open at 9:30am, and the Return Time was 10:40am. (FWIW)

Just to be clear: At 9:30am you can also ride Soarin' as well, like the previous posters mentioned.
