DCA power walk from DLR hotels

The resort websites say it leaves at 6am, does anyone know anything more about it. What days it is? Where it leaves from, etc?

When you check in they give you a paper listing resort events. Details on the power walk can be found there. If you need to know before you get there, I would think you could call the resort at which you are booked for more details.
