DCA Food & Wine Event 2021

There are no details and everyone is guessing it will be food and wine, but even that hasn't been confirmed, just that it will be a ticketed food event with socially distant entertainment.

It has not been publicly announced. What has been posted was an internal memo to the CMs.

Once it's official, I'll start a super thread for it.
There will be a lot of us trying to figure out how to get tickets as I'm sure any limited event will sell out fast with as much pent up demand as there is.

Stay on-site? We have mid-April and mid-May reservations, so that’s what we’re hoping for... Either that or have a friend who can hack the system like they did for the last D23 convention reservations.

Anyway, you will find out at the same time that everyone else does.

I'll be curious to see if they give priority for tickets to on-site reservations; odds are good that'll be dependent on whether they decide to open up the hotels beyond DVC or not (currently one cannot book any DLR on-site hotel for any nights in 2021. I had a few VGC nights during our Spring Break in early April that I moved the points to an October reservation since I didn't think the parks would be open. I still have a weekend in May that was supposed to be Memorial Day but a CM accidentally cancelled when I said I wanted to unborrow points from a different reservation, so trying to get Memorial Day back, but I'm still holding out hope the parks might be able to actually open by whatever weekend we end up going (and I have 48 points expiring May 31). I might grab a night or two in mid-April if a studio is still available whenever they announce which days of the week the events will be. Its odd to see the wide open availability right now for the next few months.

Currently I'm guessing they'll open up reservations like they did for the Halloween parties where we'll have to be waiting to click on purchase at some odd hour announced a day or two before hand. One of the things I like about following DISsers is usually someone posts the news here first so I don't have to follow all the rumor and news blogs.

This is very exciting. I hope they keep it going for a little while - we'll be there 4/17-4/18. Honestly, I can't imagine that they wouldn't. They need this kind of thing.

Workers United Local 50, which represents Disneyland Food & Beverage cast members, has announced on its Facebook page that the new ticketed event will see dining "expanding into Cars Land, Pacific Wharf, Pixar Pier and Grizzly Peak. Six Market Place booths, operated by Festivals, are expected to open along the parade route."
Great news! I hope that's in addition to the already existing stations from prior Food and Wine spots.

-Bengal BBQ pop up hut
-DoleWhip pop up shack
-SW themed 'canteen truck'
