DCA EMH Plan with Soarin Update?

Can someone give me a touring plan?
Normally, we hit TSMWM, Screamin, fun wheel & goofy & then pick up fastpasses to RSR @ normal park opening...

With Frozen & more popular Soarin fastpasses, what order should I work my plan?

Any recent experience? Thanks!!

I would get Frozen first as those were gone before RSR. Do you only have 1 day at DCA? We just got back and we were always able to secure FP for RSR and pulled FP for Soarin twice in one day. I didn't understand why people were standing in a 40+ minute line when the return time for FP was only a few hours away.
