If we were to hop to DCA around 11:30-noon to grab FP for RSR / WOC, is there a good amount that could be done (since we couldn't get another FP for 2 hours) Or would all the standby lines be pretty bad? Carsland, TSMM, GOTG, Screamin, Soarin', Monster's Inc, maybe Bugs Land would be our interests. This would be either a Friday or Saturday (is one better than the other?)

What's the best strategy for these if we don't have a morning to tour?

I would go over earlier than that if you want RSR. Fast passes ran out around 11:00am the last two times I was there.

If you're open to doing single rider, I'd grab an FP for GOTG and ride RSR single rider. There's a chance RSR FP could start lasting longer with GOTG opens, but that wouldn't be because those FP are running out sooner. Monster's Inc and Bug's Land no FP, so that plus lunch could easily fill your 2 hours. Use the app to check standby times for the others, but Screamin is usually pretty short.
