DC Food

What is the food like at DC? Is it all day or is there just one seating for lunch?

HI, NO they serve breakfast until I think 10 or 11. Which is cereal, pastries, yogurt and stuff! Light fair. I think around 11 they start serving lunch, which runs very late 2 or 3. You can also walk up to any of the snack bars and just grap cookies, chips, pretzels or anything they have available! It was a very weird sensation for me, because I am so used to paying for things, I kept feeling like I was stealing! LOL

I think I would have the same problem...it would feel wrong to just take whatever you want...that and I'm sure I would eat way too much!

For me it was the opposite, but I am not a big drinker, and I drank to much! This is when Bud Light Lime came out on the market, and in aluminum bottles, it stayed cold and tasted mighty tasty!! Plus it was 89 degrees out which always helped the situation! The food is good though!

Lunch is served until 3, we had our Dolphin encounter at 1:25 so thought we would leave lunch til after, unfortunatly our dolphin decided to go off and have a play fight with all the others in the lagoon scared1:mighty scary ) and we had to get out and go off into another lagoon, the one they do trainer for a day in and continue in there, when we finally got out we only had 15 mins for lunch. But it was v.v.v.v nice

We were there on 8/14/10 and it was very hot and the frozen lemonade was a dream, had to keep dipping in the ray and coral to keep cool. I drank bud light lime too and it was sooo refreshing

We have just come back.

We checked in (make sure you get there are 8.15am if want a morning swim), got our sun beds and towels, then had continental breakfast. We had our dolphin swim, then had lunch around 1pm - quite a bit of choice. The rest of the day you can have drinks from the "bar" and snacks, pretzels, oreo cookies, ice cream, frozen drinks, crisps etc.

Most of it is out already but I do remember we had to order the lobster salad. It only took a few minutes.
