If you book a RO reservation using DC discount do you have to book through WDWT (with the 45 day cancellation/change policy) or can you use CRO with the better 5 day policy?

Unless the Disney Club policy has changed from 2001, you can cancel your Basic Plan package up to 5 days prior to your arrival without penalty. And while you do have to pre-pay your reservation, you do so only 21 days prior - not 45. But you do have to book your reservation through WDTC.
