DC Area DISers..Meet?/World Figure Skating Championships/UPDATED..IT'S GETTING CLOSE!

Shortly after Nationals in another thread it was discussed that tickets for practice sessions could be purchased for $12.00 and an idea was floated to have the meet at Saturday, March 29th, 10:30am practice. Here's a link to that thread:

I'm trying another BUMP on this one! I picked a bad day to bup last time. It was the day of the Columbia disaster.

I eat lunch, and I don't have tickets to anything, so I'm available any day.

Since Honeywolf has to leave Friday, how about an early dinner/happy hour on Friday? The Ladies Short is at 1pm and the Free Dance is not until 7pm. I don't know about the rest of the Worlds attendees, but I'm not too crazy about the dance and planned on waltzing into the MCI Center for the final group or two.

What do you guys think??

Hi caitycaity! That date would be Thursday, March 27, 2003. The place has yet to be decided.

Hi all, I just checked my work schedule and I am available on March 24, 25, 28, 29 and 30. Sorry I can not make the 27th. If some want to get together on any of these dates let me know. If we don't that is ok too. Everyone have a great time at the skating events.
