This may seem like a silly question, but both DH & I rely on glasses to see (I really can see very little without mine). Would one be able to wear glasses while at DC? We typically avoid waterparks for this reason, but I would love to visit DC someday. I just don't want to blind all day!!!!

you can wear your glasses on land. Bring your eyeglass prescription and they will give you prescription masks to use in the water at no extra charge. They are great. And it is safe to leave stuff with your towel on a lounge chair. You will love Discovery Cove.

Just there last week and I wore my glasses basically everwhere, even in the lazy river, they got wet, but it's better than the alternative for me, which is not being able to see much of anything at all!

I did not get a perscription mask for snorkeling, so I can't speak to that, but I even enjoyed just wading in the shallow parts of the reef with my glasses on and petting the rays and admiring the fish from above!

Edit to add I did also wear them during our dolphin encounter with no trouble whatsoever.
