I rented points from DBBN for a December 2007 visit to Disney. We rented two seperate villas. The process was very professional with all information provided in a timely fashion. DBBN was also available to answer many other questions and offer suggestions to help ensure our visit to Disney was enjoyable. Lastly, DBBN was very promt in his response to any email or phone call. This was especially important in the beginning when we were establishing a trust with each other.

I would highly recommend using DBBN as he treats this transaction like a true business transaction. I will definetly be renting points from DBBN in the future.

Yes, providing feedback in this manner is my preferred method to direct potential future renters to learn of the rental experience they can expect when working with me. DisBoard posting policies require that any similar posts be posted in this forum ONLY. I've been advised by the WebMaster that any similar posts in any of the other DVC forums will be deleted as they would be a violation of board rules.

DVC without a doubt already knows who I am and I have nothing to hide concerning my past or current or even future use of our DVC points or memberships. I have encouraged and will continue to encourage my renters to post about their experience by listing those areas where I met or exceeded their expectation as well as those areas where I did not meet their expectations.

Knowing that renting is a controversial subject to many I would have chosen words other than "true business transaction" but this renter has described his experience in his words not mine. That's fine with me as it's what I encourage them to do and I very much appreciate that he was able to take time to post.

MaineFive, I am glad that you had a positive experience, and did not have any problems. None of this is meant towards you the renter. It is a very sore subject (to say the least) among members. Those who bought for personal use and those who bought for commercial purposes. Always happy to hear of someone having a good Disney time in the world.
