Daytona Beach Help....please?

We are going to Disney 8/27-9/3. I was thinking of leaving Disney on 9/1 and go to Daytona until 9/3.
Can anyone recommend a good place to stay that is on the beach? Not too expensive...we are a family of 5 too. Thanks so much!

Many of the hotels we saw had not recovered from the hurricane season. The LaQuinta was very clean, newly remodeled, and reasonably priced.
