Daytona Beach area?

We're taking a spontaneous trip to florida to Daytona beach on the 28th. What's there to do? We're going to Busch Gardens and Sea World, since its free for Military. We'll be there for the 4th of July. Anything good?

I'm not sure, but I believe that you only get admission to one park of your choice each year, so you would have to choose between Sea World and Busch Gardens. Also Busch Gardens is about a 5 hour round trip from Daytona.

There are usually fireworks on the beach most of the summer and other events at the Bandshell.

There's also charter fishing boat excursions.

This place has lots of excursions and a good restaurant too.
