Days with no Extra Magic Hours?

It's been two years since we've been to disney. We're going the first week in February. I see that the evening extra magic hours have been reduced from 3 to 2. But, checking the hours for the week we'll be there, I see that Tuesday, February 4th, no park has EMH. Is this typical?

Does a water park have EMH? Does a park open earlier? There could be an event at one of the parks causing no EMH as well.

We will be there at the same time and noticed that too. No EMH - not early, not late or for any of the 4 parks or 2 waterparks. But the next day there are 2 - Morning for Animal Kingdom and Evening for Hollywood Studios.

I would guess there may be a special private party or event at the park that normally has EMH on that day. It's not too often they don't have anything at all on a given day. Maybe it's inventory day?

That would be my guess there was something probably scheduled that got rid of EMH at whatever park it was supposed to be.
