Thanks for the photos.
We stayed there several years ago, and wrote several nasty comments about how bad the place was. However, we stayed again in January of this year, and while the suites certaily are not luxury in nature, they were clean, the room smelled fine, everything worked, and the price of $49/nt was good value for the size of unit. An awful lot of suites seemed empty (probably because it was January), and the place seemed very quiet.
