Thanks for the tip. That seems like a good rate but you may want to check/search for previous posts on this property. The last I was there (2000) I found it run down, noisy (from Old Town) and the parking situation a nightmare---people just pulled into the lots behind parked cars--if you had someone behind you and you needed out earlier than them in the mornong--your only option was to keep honking the horn until hopefully someone came out and moved the car.

I have stayed there on several occasions. It ihas always been clean. When someone has a bad experience, they feel it is the rule, not the exception. There is a lot to do for families, and there are 3 pools, laundry and Old Town next door. You don't hear the noise, no matter what people say. The old car show on Saturday is a must see. A good value overall. Parking is ample and convenient.
