JERk doesn't like Jack so I think he is getting written off the show and since Jen wants to leave, this is the best way to write them off.

I'm still upset for Frankie. I really like him. I'm hoping a new writer comes on board and changes some things.

I just read in Soap Opera Weekly that he is back to stay and is looking forward to being involved in the Patch and Kayla storyline. He has actually been on contract the whole time, which I guess means he was still being paid while he was "missing".

I just hope they don't mess up the Patch and Kayla storyline. I was excited when Jack and Jen came back and they really didn't do much with them.

On Tuesday, John finds Marlena with Roman
Jack will be back to break up Frankie and Jen
Why don't they give Kate a friend so she can stop all the meddling in her children's lives.

I was just thinking...how are they going to explain Patch and Kayla returning? Last time we saw Patch...wasn't he DEAD (I know, I know, not a big deal in Salem...if you want someone to stay dead, you need to be sure that their casket is placed inside one of those concrete vaults....complete with padlock...then put one of those HUGE tombstomes on top of it...you know, the ones that are something like 6 ft long! ). The last time we saw Kayla, wasn't she with Shane? Don't remember if they were married though....who can keep track? The Bradys change spouses faster than my teenage son changes socks!!

If I remember correctly (and it was a long time ago) I don't think there was a body in the casket for Patch.

In today's show it definitely looked like Belle was pregnant in real life. It hasn't been mentioned in Soap Opera Digest but it sure looks like it.

After everyone left the cemetary after the funeral, they showed the casket being switched, leaving the door open for a return. Last year, how many people died last year and then turned up alive on an island. Anything is possible in Soap Opera Land.

I believe Kayla moved to LA, I don't think she was still with Shane.

Did he get together with his wife's sister after Patch died? And where did Kimberly go?

Kim and Shane divorced and she moved to LA. She came back for a while with another guy though. Anyway, they are not together. Kayla and Shane got together after Steve died. I think they both moved to LA so Shane could be near his kids, but I don't think they were still dating when they left. I could be wrong.

My question is, what about Stephanie? Steve and Kayla's daughter should be old enough to be thrown in with Abby and Chelsea's age group. Wonder if she'll be back?

I just had to comment on Sami's new neighbor: He is HOT!!! I hope he sticks around in Salem for a while. I'm sure he can't act, but I won't mind. He'll be a nice distraction for the horrible storylines as of late, although I think Zack's trial may be interesting.

He just came over from All My Children, he played Ethan. He's a pretty decent actor too.

I just read in TV Guide that NBC has not picked up Days. They want to cut down a lot on the money spent for the show which would make the actors take a pay cut. Lots of discussions still going on.

BUT, the one BRIGHT note. JERK will not come back even if the show is picked up again. YIPPEE. Maybe we'll get some decent stories now.

I was just thinking about this new character E.G. or E.J., do you think Kate hired him to lure Sami away from Austin? I just found it weird he would know that Sami put lemonade in her beer. He said lucky guess, but who the heck puts lemonade in their beer? It just seemed he knows too much about her. Plus Carrie swears she has seen him before. I was thinking maybe he was a model at Countess Willamina or Basic Black, that's how he would know Kate. What do you guys think?

I think he's a plant. Don't know for who. His accent reminded me of Shane. Guess he could be a younger brother I thought we were at least gonna get a reprieve, but we've stepped into the twilight zone with Marlena, John and Roman. It's like, ok, lets go back to the storyline that was interrupted for Marlena's first, unbeknownst to anyone, crazy husband, who wants revenge for a reason we still don't know, while John will fight to the finish for his wife as if she never cheated with Roman and conceived his child...and now back to our regular broadcast

I thought that too, we are not going back there again.If they put Marlena back with Roman I will scream. And didn't anyone think it was funny for Sami to side with Alex and let her mother go off with a monster. I am glad they bring in someone new but they sure are making weird. That statement is way to funny. LOL

I don't like the new guy Sami is drooling over, he seems to suave and sleek, sort of reminds me of Franko-just a different accent. What is with Sami's hair-it looks more blond which is fine, but it also looks like hair extensions.

I thought the same thing! I think Kate hired him....or maybe Tek? Juyst to burn Sami. I'm glad there is a new character!

I'm not sure if he's a plant or not, but he's definitely up to no good! I was thinking maybe Kate sent him, too. Another thought is that fact that he's British... wasn't Brandon in London for a long time 'getting over' Sami? Could there be a connection there?
