I can't believe Roman is Rex's father. I thought for sure John would be. It totally took me off guard, I can't remember the last time that happened. Usually you can see the answer a mile away, like Abe being Brandon's father. Does anyone know if the person playing Brandon is leaving the show? By the looks of it, it seems like he is. Also, I thought Chloe was leaving in May, but she's still on. Did she end up renewing her contract?
I think I'd like to see a Sami/Lucas coupling. I think it would be interesting. It does seem like they care about each other down deep. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Hmmm...DW quit watching and I quit reading updates right around the time of the earthquakes.

Nothing against the storylines; we are just trying to streamline our activities and that was not a necessity.

Now I may have to go back to the website to see what's been going on!

yes...brandon left the show. his last airdate was yesterday...

chloe is leaving...her last airdate is june 13 i believe

i think that the twins aren't really genetically related. i believe that rex will belong to roman and kate...cassie could possibly belong to kate also, but most likely she's tony's and marlena's daughter. just my opinion...

i do have to say that i love the stuff with bo and hope lately. the preview for tomorrow's show cracked me up! hope and her "would you like to see my melons?" lol

i'm done with phillip already. he bores me. bring back jack and jenn from their honeymoon already!! i'm also done with this whole marlena, john, tony triangle. it's ridiculous...

and can ali sweeney act!!! my gosh that girl is amazing!!! i love watching MOST of her scenes. i get tired of her scheming, but i love her acting...

OMG! Abe is Brandon's father? Holy cow. I've been working so much that I quit watching it quite a while ago.

I have caught a few minutes of it here and there. The twins annoy me. They just get on my nerves but I don't know why.

I only watched half of it today cause I just can not watch Abe and Lexi. Damn, they bore me so much, it's ridiculous. I missed the part about Roman being Rex's father. That's pretty interesting. You're right, I didn't see that coming at all.

I definately see some sexual tension between Sami and Lucas. I think deep down Lucas really cares for her. I must say I did enjoy it when she wallopped him one.

I hear that Lucas will begin to feel guilty about Sami after she fell through Tony's glass window. This is supposed to drive him to drink again. I also think they will soon become a couple. I've always liked them together.

Scarlett873, I totally agree with you. Philip bores the heck out of me too. In fact, I had read somewhere that he was on that MTV show, The Real World. That probably explains why he's so stiff all the time, he's not really an actor.
I also have to add that the scene between Brandon and Abe broughts tears to my eyes when Abe told him they named the baby Theodore Brandon.

I totally missed the part about Roman being Rex's father. When did they say that? I watched today. What is Kate's big secret about the Dimera's? The thing that got her so upset at the reading of Stefano's will?

I thought Abe/Lexie/Sami story line was great acting, especially Abe.

Oh I agree that the new Phillip is boring and his storyline is unbelievable. The scenes between Abe and Brandon were so moving. It was a two tissue scene. LOL I can't wait to see how Lucas and Sami grow close. I think they would be great together.

I can't watch due to work and kids but I read Soap Opera Digest weekly. I told my students over 3 years ago that Brandon was Abe's son--I even saw a graduate at her sister's commencement and she commented on how they finally said that! It's fun to read the stories but I don't know if I could sit an hour a day and watch it anymore.

WOW!! It seems like I've missed alot in the couple of months I haven't watch. I have to tune in tomorrow to start catching up. Roman turned out to be Rex's father. Interesting twist. And, Abe is Brandon's father as well. What about Lexie's baby? Has it been born?? Who is the baby's "real" father??

I knew Abe would turn out to be Brandon's father (ewww...he slept with his step mother!) and I have been having a feeling about Roman being Rex's father and I also think Kate is probably the mother but Marlena carried the twins.

cgcw- Lexie had her baby already...a boy, Theodor Brandon Carver. Abe is indeed the real father. Tony and Lexie set Sami up. They planted the fake paternity results knowing that Sami has a history of switching paternity results and then Tony sent Lucas to find the proof to bring Sami down. Lexie just wanted Brandon to see Sami for who she really was so he wouldn't marry her...too late for that though since Sami rushed him to the Justice of the Peace to get eloped. That's when Lucas (along with Roman, Kate, and Nicole) came barging in with the news about Sami switching the paternity test. It's been a pretty good week this week.

I am one of the OLDTIMERS who was raised at my mother's knee watching Days-I'm talking 1965,baby!!! I am retired and can watch it everyday-don't care who is on-just gotta have my Days! I love Jack&Jen-I really love all of them. I did have to tape today and have not seen it yet. I LOVE Sami and all the stuff she gets into!

Alright, who else would love for a return of Mike and Carrie? Something about their love for each other always made me so happy. With people leaving (Brandon, Chloe, Craig and Nancy), I think it is a good time to bring back M and C.

I would also love to see Sami and Lucas together. As it seems that she can not hold on to any of her other men, Lucas is just the right amount of evil that she needs. I would love to see what the two of them could cook up together.

i like sami, but i get tired of her constant scheming. if she could just figure out that all's she has to do is be HONEST about things...but alas, that wouldn't make for a very good soap now would it?

i figured that abe was brandon's daddy after seeing the whole family a while back. both nicole and the long lost sister taylor were very light in color, like their mother...even their "father" wasn't as dark as brandon...but it is kinda gross when you sit back and realize that brandon slept with his STEPMOMMY!!

i liked mike and carrie together too...but i doubt they'll be back for awhile...they would have come back for jack and jenn's wedding.

while chloe bugged me to no end when she first came on the show, she's grown on me...i couldn't stand the storyline of phillip obsessing over her though. it was so very obvious that they were going to pair up brady and chloe from the beginning. i like them as a couple and will be sad to see her go...

didn't like nancy and craig in the beginning either. i think that it was because they were so mean to mike and carrie. but they grew on me too...i always loved how much craig seemed to love nancy...it's refreshing to see a couple not so hellbent on destroying each other. i shall miss them too...

i read that larry's coming back on june 10 or something like that. what the heck's that for??

Larry back?!?! Oh NO! I HATED that story line when they revived it last year. Doubt it can add much this year either!

I will miss the Chloe/Brady story. I too dislike the new Phillip, but then I didn't like the old Phillip either. Jack and Jenn should be the most fun coming up on the horizon. I am glad they are finally giving Bo and Hope some action scenes again!! They are still my favorites! I figured Abe was Brandon's father years ago. I wish Brandon was staying around to follow that story line though. Lexie is SOOO boring to me!

I think we will eventually find out the the twins are not really twins at all, but each has a different set of parents. I think Rolf we be the father of Cassie. I believe Marlena is her mother, but I think Roman and Kate will end up being Rex's parents.

Lexie needs to leave town for GOOD! let Abe get back with Brandon's mom.
Glad that Brandon is gone, about the only good scene he ever had was his last one with Abe. Wish he would have taken Nicole with him.

I hear that Rex and Mimi will be involved in a murder...Rolf's.. and they will dispose of the body..also that Tony is going to put a hit on Mimi.

cassie can't be rolf's daughter though...she shares the whatever weird chromosone thingy with tony...i think her parents are tony and marlena, maybe kate...and rex's are kate and roman...but marlena carried both babies...

i haven't heard anything about rolf leaving the show so i'm thinking that they don't really murder him...JMHO

rolf bugs me though...i wish he'd leave!! his accent drives me insane!!!
