Watching Days today I couldn't help wondering if the writers of the show think we're brain dead (although I'm not too far off). How can Marlena be the twins' mother when they're the same age as Belle? I guess we're not suppose to notice that

Anyway, my friend pointed out a possible twist as to who the real mother of the twins might be. Remember when Kate told Roman that Stefano took something from her and she was really upset. Maybe he took her eggs and then implanted them in Marlena, making Kate their real mother. It would be intertesting if John was their father giving him and Kate a connection. Remember when Marlena was jealous when John hired Kate to work for him? It would be an interesting dynamic, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Have they ever said exactly how old the twins are? Or are they just assuming that they are college age.

Also, Belle and Brady aged about 10 years over one summer.

Some of the rumors are that Kate will be the mother. Of course, it is not beyond Stefano's ability to speed the aging process, I'm sure

Personally, I'm ready for Cassie to pack her bags and get out of Salem.

The writers are cheating us by not doing more with Nancy's delivery; they could have done so much with her water breaking, rushing to the hospital, etc. for humorous moments.

Yep a couple of years ago Belle aged from a 4yo to 16yo, while Marlena and John were on their honeymoon.

I was wondering the same thing about the twins but figured its a soap operea so....

I agree with both of the above.

Cassie, I had hoped maybe she'd turn out to be Collin's murderer and get sent away. Doesn't look like that will be the case....too bad.

I will miss the Wesley's if they are indeed leaving as rumors have it. Maybe that's why the toned down delivery of the baby. But, it is a shame. Would have been fun to watch!!

cgcw, you're exactly right. The people who play the Wesleys are on reoccuring status until they leave, I believe, in May. They really messed up with Craig and Nancy when they brought Chloe in. Before Chloe they were mean, ruthless and downright funny. They were my favorite characters, now they're just a boring married couple.

Is there a reason why nobody is doing a DNA check on Marlena, Tony and the twins? Every show I keep screaming DNA TEST at the tv!!

Tinkbell......then we would know the answer for certain and the writers would have to come up with a new story line!! LOL

We all know that Marlena isn't their mother....it's only a matter of time before "they" tell us and by then, we'll all have figured it out so it will be anticlimatic.
