Huge DAYS Casting Change!
Soap Opera Digest has learned that Emmy winner Natalia Livingston (ex-Emily/Rebecca, GH), who just started airing three weeks ago as DAYS's Taylor, has been let go and replaced with another Emmy winner who used to call Port Charles home — Tamara Braun (ex-Ava, DAYS; ex-Carly, GH et al). Braun appeared as Ava in 2008 and took home a golden trophy for her Salem performances in 2009. She will start taping today; look for her to first air in late April. "It was decided to take the character of Taylor in a new direction," explains Co-Executive Producer Gary Tomlin. "Natalia Livingston is an amazing actress and a consummate professional. She is a class act and everyone at the studio adores her."

So another actor coming back to play a different person. Days likes to do this....

If you don't remember her she came on the show as Steve's wife? or she told him they were married. She was the one that sabbaged the plane and Old man Shawn Brady died. Also won an Emmy for her preformance on the show in 2009.

I hope it is a better fit. I really couldn't get into this Taylor. Now they will have to re shoot the phone scene or are scrapping this whole E.J , Taylor story.

Yeah I remember Taylor being about 8 -10 years younger than Nicole. So neither of these actresses are "doing" it for me. I also remember he having DARK hair and appearing to be hispanic. I figured that each of Nicoles siblings had a different father...

Soap Opera and their history rewritting...it drives me crazy.

Jenifer recovered pretty fast. Definitely see them putting her with Daniel.

Rafe 2 is now driving me crazy. Don't get me wrong he is doing a great job acting two characters but the story line is driving me crazy.

Still not liking Taylor, all the day dreaming over E.J is crazy. And today on my show she faints. I wanted Nicole to be happy for awhile.

I am so glad Phillip is there for Chloe. But what will happen when he leaves the show. Maybe he is getting recasted. I like seeing Chloe in jeans and no makeup, she is doing a good job of this storyline too.

Well I haven't really been watching a lot lately but can anyone tell me what happened with Johnny that he had to get a new eye?

He had cancer in his eye. That one had to removed. Then he got cancer in the other eye, but they were able to remove the cancer and save the eye.

No, they didn't sleep together yet. They just saw each other and there was an immediate attraction to each other. They keep having dreams about each other.

No they have only met once or was it twice before the wedding. They didn't even know each others names before the wedding. I do not see the chemistry with these two at all. And how dumb for her to faint, please.

I know it probably won't happen but I really would like Nicole to be happy for a change.

Like the second Rafe because he was funny at the beginning now he is just darn creepy.

Can't believe Doctor Dan would let Jenifer babysit Parker. After surgery she wouldn't even be able to pick him up. Guess it is like Phillip's missing leg we are suppose to forget.

Oh and one last thing, Rafe's brother is going soon. He is the same guy that played the sick patient that died and put Melanie and Natan in quartine.

Saw the new Abby today on my show. Was very distracted by the furry vest thing she was wearing..... I am so used the young Abby this one looks old , even for Chad.

Jenifer has been hugging up a storm. Guess heart surgery doesn't hurt her.

They are on to phase two of the Rafe thing. It is another repeat thing. They are going to take away Rafe's memories. I guess this is the rumour we heard earlier about him forgetting and falling for his care taker.

Haven't seen Carly in a long time. They said she was at a conference but they didn't even call and tell her about the baby. I hate when they forget these details.

And where is Justin and Addreine, still on the pool table.

Loved the scenes with E.J and Nicole after there wedding. But if I have to see that scene with him and Taylor on the pier one more time I will scream.

I must say they must have had a good hairdresser on set today...your show tomorrow because everyone hair, especially Hope's and Maggie's looked really nice.
