This will be our first trip with the kids to US (dh and I have gone in the past) and our first ever trip to IOA. Should we allow 1 or 2 days per park? We will be staying at the Hard Rock hotel, so we'll have FOTL passes.

Also, does anyone know the park hours for November?

I would say with the FOTL passes, you only need one day per park. If you want to see everything, the shows, the attratctions, and expect to do everything, then I would way 2 days. It depends on how much your planning to do.

It may depend on ages of your kids, and what all you want to do, and do again. You can "do" most of each park in a day; a day and a half each works well (3 total) -- and if you really get into it -- 2 days would be fun, too.

3 days total to see and do everything at a moderate pace.

If you have young children don't take them to Woody WoodPecker's zone, *shudder* My cousins went for hours and hours on that damn thing!

Thank you everyone. We are going the week of November 2nd. We will have 7 and 1/2 days total time. Since we were just at Disney last year, I thought we'd do 2 days at MK, 1 day at MGM, 1 day at the space center and then, depending on your responses, 3 or 4 days at Universal & IOA. Sounds like that will be plenty. I suppose we'll do 3 days and the other 1/2 day at the pool before we leave.

Thanks for all the help!

Sounds like a decent plan. Instead of two days at MK, might I suggest one there and one at Sea World?
